THE PROCESS

The are three ways to begin

1. THE COMPLIMENTARY DISCOVERY CALL
A 30-minute conversation to explore your plans
Our complimentary discovery call is a relaxed conversation about what you hope to create.

We will discuss:

Your relationship and your partner
The kind of proposal you are imagining
Any ideas, locations or dates you have in mind
Whether you would like an intimate moment or a larger celebration
Any family, friends or suppliers you would like to involve
Your preferred timeframe and overall investment
This call allows me to understand what you are looking for and gives you the opportunity to decide whether my approach feels right.

Afterwards, I will recommend the most appropriate next step. If you would benefit from a more considered plan, I will invite you to book a Proposal Consultation. If you are ready to have the proposal planned and managed for you, we can discuss the bespoke planning process.

Complimentary - 30 minutes

2. THE PROPOSAL CONSULTATION
A clear plan for bringing your idea to life
If you have an idea but need help shaping it into a realistic, considered plan, the Proposal Consultation will help you move forward with confidence.
Before our consultation, I will send you a tailored questionnaire to complete. This allows me to understand your relationship, your partner, your ideas and the feeling you want the proposal to create before we meet.

The questionnaire will explore:

Your relationship and the story you share
Your partner’s personality, interests and preferences
Meaningful places, memories and experiences
The proposal ideas you are considering
Your preferred date, timeframe and level of flexibility
The setting, atmosphere and overall feeling you would like to create
Whether you would like to involve family, friends or other guests
Any suppliers or experiences you are already considering
Your preferred level of privacy and discretion
What you would like to happen immediately afterwards
Your overall investment and practical considerations
You will have the opportunity to share as much detail as feels helpful. The questionnaire is designed to give us a thoughtful starting point and ensure our consultation is focused on the elements that matter most to you.

This focused session lasts up to one hour. Together, we will map out the proposal from beginning to end, including:

The setting and overall concept
How the proposal will unfold
The order and timing of each element
How to keep the experience natural and discreet
What needs to be booked, styled or arranged
Whether florists, photographers, musicians or other suppliers are needed
How to involve family and friends without revealing the surprise
What should happen immediately afterwards
Practical next steps and priorities
Following the consultation, I will create a considered proposal plan for you to take away. This will include relevant guidance, supplier suggestions where appropriate and practical next steps.

The consultation is advisory and does not include supplier bookings, venue liaison, styling, production or on-the-day coordination.

Proposal Consultation - £295

3. BESPOKE PROPOSAL PLANNING
From the first idea to the moment they say yes
For a fully planned and produced proposal, I offer a bespoke service tailored to your story, your partner and the experience you want to create.
Your proposal might be an intimate dinner at a favourite restaurant, a private moment in a secret London garden, a beautifully styled hotel suite, a setting high above the city, a private pod on the London Eye or something entirely unexpected.
Through my connections with London’s most beautiful venues and trusted suppliers, I can help you create an experience that feels truly special. Possibilities include private dining rooms, hidden gardens, rooftop settings, landmark locations, elegant hotels and atmospheric spaces known to those who know the city well.
The experience might begin with a carefully planned journey through London, lead to a private view overlooking the city or unfold somewhere unexpected. It could include abundant florals, a photographer discreetly capturing the moment, musicians appearing at exactly the right time or an intimate celebration afterwards.
I will shape the concept, source the right setting and suppliers, and manage every detail discreetly, so the experience feels effortless to you and natural to them.

A bespoke experience, created with you
Before making any arrangements, I will send you a bespoke planning questionnaire. This allows me to understand the proposal in greater depth, including your relationship, your partner, your priorities, your practical considerations and the level of experience you would like to create.

The questionnaire will explore:

Your relationship, shared history and meaningful memories
Your partner’s personality, interests, routines and preferences
The proposal ideas, locations or experiences you are considering
The story or cover plan that will make the proposal feel natural
Your preferred date, timeframe and flexibility
The atmosphere, style and level of production you would like
Your preferred level of privacy, discretion and surprise
Whether you would like to involve family, friends or other guests
Any venues, suppliers or experiences you are already considering
Photography, videography, florals, music, dining or entertainment
Travel, transport and movement between locations
What you would like to happen immediately afterwards
Your overall investment and any practical considerations
You will be able to share as much detail as feels helpful. The questionnaire gives us a clear and personal foundation for the planning process, while ensuring that the proposal is shaped around your relationship rather than a standard package.

Following the questionnaire and our initial discussions, I will present a tailored proposal outlining the creative direction, setting, suppliers, timings and investment. You will be able to review the experience in full before we proceed.
We will refine the proposal together until every detail feels right. Once approved, I will manage the planning and production from beginning to end.

Depending on your plans, this may include:

Creative concept development
Bespoke proposal design and presentation
London venue and location research
Access to my network of London venues and trusted suppliers
Iconic settings, including skyscrapers, rooftops and landmark locations
London Eye pods and other distinctive city experiences
Secret gardens, private courtyards and hidden spaces
Private dining rooms, restaurants and hotel suites
Venue liaison and bookings
Styling, florals and décor
Photography and videography
Music and entertainment
Dining and celebration arrangements
Family and guest coordination
Surprise and cover-story planning
Supplier sourcing and management
Detailed timings and logistics
Discreet transport and movement between locations
On-the-day setup and coordination
Discreet management of the proposal itself
Arrangements for the moments immediately afterwards

Investment from £950
Bespoke proposal planning begins at £950. The final planning fee will reflect the scale, complexity and level of production involved.
Venue, supplier, travel and production costs are additional.

We will discuss your plans during the complimentary discovery call. If bespoke planning is suitable, I will send you the bespoke planning questionnaire before preparing a tailored proposal and quotation outlining the arrangements, inclusions and investment.
You will have the opportunity to review everything before confirming your booking.

WHEN TO GET IN TOUCH
Allow time for the details to come together
I recommend getting in touch two to three months before your preferred proposal date.
This allows time to secure the right setting and suppliers, develop the concept and manage the logistics.
For proposals involving a sought-after venue, London landmark, travel, multiple suppliers, family or friends, or a more elaborate production, I recommend enquiring earlier.

If your date is sooner, please still get in touch. I may be able to help, depending on availability and the level of planning required.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
Thoughtful planning, discreetly delivered
A proposal is not simply an event. It is a deeply personal moment, and the planning should reflect that.
My approach is centred on the details that make the experience feel authentic, the places that matter to you, the way your partner likes to spend time, the atmosphere you want to create and the touches they will recognise as being chosen especially for them.
London offers an extraordinary backdrop, from its skyline and historic landmarks to its hidden gardens, private rooms and unexpected corners. My knowledge of the city, together with my relationships with venues and trusted suppliers, allows me to create proposals that feel distinctive and beautifully considered.
The experience must also feel natural. The planning should remain discreet, the cover story believable and everyone involved clear on their role without making the moment feel staged.
The result is a proposal that feels effortless on the day while being carefully considered behind the scenes: a moment that feels grand, personal and entirely yours.

Before there is a wedding, there is the moment everything begins.
A proposal should feel personal, natural and considered, never like a collection of last-minute details.
Whether you have a clear idea, a favourite London setting or no idea where to begin, I will help you create a proposal that reflects your relationship and feels entirely right for you both.
From our first conversation to the moment they say yes, I will manage the setting, atmosphere and details behind the scenes, allowing you to be fully present.
