Our journey begins with a conversation. This is a moment for me to truly get to know you as a couple, your story, your vision, and the atmosphere you wish to create for your celebration. 

We will explore the style you are drawn to, the experience you want your guests to feel, and discuss your budget and priorities so that every element can be considered thoughtfully from the very beginning.

Following our conversation, I will curate three bespoke design concepts presented as carefully crafted mood boards, each reflecting the essence of what we have discussed. 

Should you feel inspired by the direction and excited about the possibilities ahead, I will then share a contract for you to review in your own time. 

Once everything feels perfectly aligned and you are happy to proceed, our journey together begins.

02. Carefully curated

Selecting the perfect venue is one of the most significant decisions in the planning process, as it sets the tone for your entire celebration. 

I will carefully research and present a curated selection of trusted venues that align beautifully with your vision, style, and guest experience. 

Where possible, I will also accompany you on venue visits, offering guidance and support as you explore each space.

Once your venue and date are confirmed, we can begin thoughtfully shaping the rest of your celebration, bringing every detail together with intention and elegance.

03. Design & Creative Direction

Together, we will develop the overall look and feel of your wedding, carefully shaping a celebration that reflects your story and personal style. 

Inspiration can come from many places, art, travel, interiors, or natural spaces, allowing me to create a setting that feels both meaningful and beautifully distinctive.

Alongside the creative direction, I will prepare a detailed and thoughtfully structured budget to guide the planning process and inform supplier selections. 

You will both have access to these documents throughout, ensuring complete transparency and allowing you to feel confident and informed at every stage of the budget journey.

04. Building Your Supplier Team

I have cultivated a trusted network of exceptional suppliers, each chosen for their talent, professionalism, and ability to deliver beautiful experiences across a range of styles and budgets. 

I do not accept commission, meaning every recommendation I make is guided solely by what is right for you and your wedding.

I will carefully guide you through each proposal, review quotes and contracts on your behalf, and ensure every detail is clear and considered, allowing you to make decisions with confidence and ease.

05. Planning The Details

As the plans evolve, I work closely with your chosen suppliers to coordinate every detail, refine the design, and carefully manage the logistics that bring the celebration together seamlessly. 

Each element is considered with intention so that the vision we have created continues to develop.

Throughout the process, I will keep you informed of key deadlines, decisions, and payments, ensuring everything remains organised, transparent, and enjoyable as we move steadily towards your wedding day.
